Having qualified as Executor of the Estate of Freeman Eugene Sutton, late of 803 Bermuda Bay Boulevard, Dare County, who died on or about March 6, 2026, the undersigned hereby notifies all persons, firms, and corporations having claims against the Estate of said Decedent to exhibit them to the undersigned at 700 Blue Jay Street, Suite 1, Post Office Box 405, Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina 27948, on or before September 12, 2026, or this notice will be pleaded in bar of their recovery in accordance with N.C. GEN. STAT. § 28A-19-3. Any claim asserted by a party against Decedent in any civil action pending at the time of Decedent’s death shall be barred unless the undersigned Executor is substituted as a proper party on or before September 12, 2026. All persons, firms, and corporations indebted to the said estate will please make immediate payment to the undersigned.
