The undersigned, acting as the Ancillary Executor of the Estate of JOHN W. HAMM, late of New Jersey but owning property in Dare County, North Carolina, hereby notifies all persons having claims against said estate to present them to the undersigned on or before September 23, 2026 or this Notice will be pleaded in bar of recovery.
