NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Town of Manteo Board of Commissioners will hold a meeting on July 1, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Manteo Town Hall, 407 Budleigh Street, Manteo, NC to review a special use permit application for Spectrum for a fence located at 311 John Borden Street (Parcel #: 024676000).
As a result of this review, substantial changes may be made in the proposal as advertised to reflect objections, debate, and discussion at the hearing. For more information, you may contact Zoning/Code Enforcement Officer Josh Houston at 252 473-4110. A copy of the proposed document
is on file with the Town Clerk for public inspection during regular office hours and will be posted
on https://www.manteonc.gov/ .
