On September 26, 2024, Kimberly Junkin Rosenfield qualified as Executor of the Estate of JoAnne Norris Junkin, deceased, of Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina. Pursuant to NCGS 28A-14-1 notice is hereby given to all persons, firms and corporations having claims against the decedent to present the same to the personal representative on or before August 1, 2026, which is a date at least three months from the first publication of this notice.
