Having qualified as Administrator of the Estate of Scott Sechman, late of 66 Trinitie Trail, Kitty Hawk, NC 27949 , Dare County, who died on or about August 11, 2026, the undersigned hereby notif ies all persons, firms, and corporations having claims against the Estate of said Decedent to exhibit them to the undersigned at 700 Blue Jay Street, Suite 1, Post Office Box 405, Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948, on or before February 1, 2027, or this notice will be pleaded in bar of their recovery in accordance with N.C. GEN. STAT. § 28A-19-3. Any claim asserted by a party against Decedent in any civil action pending at the time of Decedent’s death shall be barred unless the undersigned Executor is substituted as a proper party on or before February 1, 2027. All persons, firms and corporations indebted to the said estate will please make immediate payment to the undersigned.
