T-Mobile USA is proposing to install new wireless antennas on an existing Lattice telecommunications tower located at 95 US HWY 264 WEST, STUMPY POINT, Dare County, North Carolina 27978. Modifications will include the collocation of antennas at approximately 200 ft above ground level on the 366-ft tower and the installation of an elevated equipment platform adjacent to the base of the tower.
