NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Having qualified as Ancillary Executor of the Estate of Thomas Stephen Higgins, late of Essex County, New Jersey and Dare County, North Carolina, the undersigned does hereby notify all persons having claims against said estate to present them to the undersigned at P.O. Drawer 1027, Kitty Hawk, NC 27949, c/o Starkey Sharp, on or before August 1, 2026, or this notice will be pled in bar of recovery. All persons, firms, and corporations indebted to the said estate shall please make immediate payment to the undersigned.
