NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the regular meeting of the Town of Kill Devil Hills Board of Adjustment scheduled for Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., in the Town Hall Meeting Room, 102 Town Hall Drive, Kill Devil Hills, has been CANCELLED.
The Office of the Town Clerk received formal requests from each applicant to postpone:
1. Lauren T. Brockman – 1237 C South Virginia Dare Trail, Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948, Parcel Number: 004880001, Pin Number: 989309066998 – Variance from Chapter 153, Zoning, General Regulations, Dune Protection §153.079 (7)(a) Prohibition of damage to ocean and inland dunes
2. Lawrence and Helen Czernik – 200 East Arch Street, Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948, Parcel Number: 000009000, Pin Number: 988513041659 – Appeal of Administrative Decision
As a result, these items are no longer pending before the Board of Adjustment, and the meeting is cancelled.
