Having qualified as Executor of the Estate of Frank Albert Koch, late of 603 Cedar Drive, Kill Devil Hills, Dare County, North Carolina 27948, the undersigned does hereby notify all persons, firms, and corporations having claims against the estate of said decedent to present them to the undersigned on or before December 12, 2026, or this Notice will be pleaded in bar of their recovery.
