NOTICE TO CREDITORS
On August 24, 2026, ANDREW JAMES MALLORY, JR. qualified as Executor of the Estate of ANDREW JAMES MALLORY, deceased, of Manteo, North Carolina. Pursuant to NCGS 28A-14-1 notice is hereby given to all persons, firms and corporations having claims against the decedent to present the same to the personal representative on or before December 4, 2026, which is a date at least three months from the first publication of this notice.
