Having qualified as Administrator of the Estate of Marvin Lee Waterhouse, Jr., deceased, late of Dare County, North Carolina, this is to notify all persons, firms, and corporations having claims against the decedent to present them to the undersigned on or before December 4, 2026, or this notice will be pleaded in bar of their recovery.
