Notice to Creditors

Having qualified as Executor of the Estate of George T. Foley, Jr., late of 127 Newbern Road, Jarvisburg, NC 27947, Currituck County, who died on or about July 29, 2026, the undersigned hereby notifies all persons, firms, and corporations having claims against the Estate of said Decedent to exhibit them to the undersigned at 700 Blue Jay Street, Suite 1, Post Office Box 405, Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948, on or before December 2, 2026, or this notice will be pleaded in bar of their recovery in accordance with N.C. GEN. STAT. § 28A-19-3. Any claim asserted by a party against Decedent in any civil action pending at the time of Decedent’s death shall be barred unless the undersigned Executor is substituted as a proper party on or before December 2, 2026. All persons, firms and corporations indebted to the said estate will please make immediate payment to the undersigned.
