Notice to Creditors

Having qualified as Executor of the Estate of Barbara Taylor Vernon, late of 1809 Sea Swept Road, Kill Devil Hills, Dare County, North Carolina 27948, who died on or about February 11, 2026, the undersigned hereby notif ies all persons, firms, and corporations having claims against the Estate of said Decedent to exhibit them to the undersigned at 700 Blue Jay Street, Suite 1, Post Office Box 405, Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina 27948, on or before November 16, 2026, or this notice will be pleaded in bar of their recovery in accordance with N.C. GEN. STAT. § 28A-19-3. Any claim asserted by a party against Decedent in any civil action pending at the time of Decedent’s death shall be barred unless the undersigned Executor is substituted as a proper party on or before November 16, 2026. All persons, firms and corporations indebted to the said estate will please make immediate payment to the undersigned.
