Having qualified as Ancillary Executor of the Ancillary Estate of Mary Kay Onhaizer, late of 845 First Colonial Road, Apt. 245, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23454, who died on or about April 21, 2026, the undersigned hereby notifies all persons, firms, and corporations having claims against the Estate of said Decedent to exhibit them to the undersigned at 700 Blue Jay Street, Suite 1 , Post Office Box 405, Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948, on or before February 1, 2027, or this notice will be pleaded in bar of their recovery in accordance with N.C. GEN. STAT. § 28A-19-3. Any claim asserted by a party against Decedent in any civil action pending at the time of Decedent’s death shall be barred unless the undersigned Executor is substituted as a proper party on or before February 1, 2027. All persons, firms and corporations indebted to the said estate will please make immediate payment to the undersigned.
