Having qualified as Ancillary Executrix of the Estate of Patricia Anna Lowry, late of 9091 Power House Road, Lorton, Fairfax County, Virginia 22079, the undersigned hereby
notifies all persons, firms, and corporations having claims against the Estate of the Decedent to present such claims to the undersigned at 700 Blue Jay Street, Suite 1, Post Office Box 405, Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948, on or before October 23, 2026, which date is at least three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this Notice, or this Notice will be pleaded in bar of their recovery pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. § 28A-19-3. Any claim asserted in any civil action pending against the Decedent at the time of death shall be barred unless the undersigned Ancillary Executrix is substituted as a proper party on or before October 23, 2026. All persons, firms, and corporations indebted to the Estate will please make immediate payment to the undersigned.
