Notice to Creditors

Having qualified as Executrix of the Estate of Alfonso Vasquez, late of 147 Halls Harbor Road, Harbinger, NC 27941, Currituck County, who died on or about June 29, 2026, the undersigned hereby notifies all persons, firms, and corporations having claims against the Estate of said Decedent to exhibit them to the undersigned at 700 Blue Jay Street, Suite 1, Post Office Box 405, Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948, on or before October 15, 2026, or this notice will be pleaded in bar of their recovery in accordance with N.C. GEN. STAT. § 28A-19-3. Any claim asserted by a party against Decedent in any civil action pending at the time of Decedent’s death shall be barred unless the undersigned Executrix is substituted as a proper party on or before October 15, 2026. All persons, firms and corporations indebted to the said estate will please make immediate payment to the undersigned.
