THE TOWN OF KITTY HAWK
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE is hereby given that the Kitty Hawk Town Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 3, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., at the Kitty Hawk Town Hall, 101 Veterans Memorial Drive in the Town of Kitty Hawk, Dare County, North Carolina concerning the following:
a.) Zoning text amendment- Sec. 42-528. Accessory dwelling units.- size and setback requirements
During the public meeting, all interested persons will be given the opportunity to comment on the above referenced matter. The Town Council may thereafter make a decision regarding the proposal, which action may include approval, denial, approval with modifications, or deferral of action until a subsequent meeting.
