NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE is hereby given that the Kitty Hawk Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., at the Kitty Hawk Town Hall, 101 Veterans Memorial Drive in the Town of Kitty Hawk, Dare County, North Carolina concerning the following variance application:
Variance Request: 3647 Poseidon St; front yard setback reduction request
The Board of Adjustment may thereafter make a decision regarding the proposed application, which action may include approval, denial, approval with conditions, or deferral of action until a subsequent meeting.
