Having qualified as Ancillary Executor of the Estate of Jessie Mae Sale, fka Jessie R. Sale, late of 4512 Rebecca Road, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22408, Spotsylvania County, who died
on or about September 29, 2025, the undersigned hereby notifies all persons, firms, and
corporations having claims against the Estate of said Decedent to exhibit them to the undersigned at 700 Blue Jay Street, Suite 1, Post Office Box 405, Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina 27948, on or before October 5, 2026, or this notice will be pleaded in bar of their recovery in accordance with N.C. GEN. STAT. § 28A-19-3. Any claim asserted by a party against Decedent in any civil action pending at the time of Decedent’s death shall be barred unless the undersigned Executor is substituted as a proper party on or before October 5, 2026. All persons, firms, and corporations indebted to the said estate will please make immediate payment to the undersigned.
