Notice to Creditors
The personal representative of the Estate of Alice R. Bayliss, late of 6615 Ina Waterfield Road Mann’s Harbor, North Carolina 27953, in Dare County, North Carolina, the undersigned does hereby notify all persons, firms and corporation having claims against the estate of said decedent to exhibit them to the undersigned at McDowell Law Group, 6445 N Croatan Highway, Unit A, Kitty Hawk, North Carolina 27949, on or before the 31st day of August, 2026 or this notice will be pleaded in bar of their recovery. All persons, firms and corporations indebted to the said estate will please make immediate payment to the undersigned.
