Currituck County Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing at the Historic Currituck
County Courthouse on June 8, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. and possibly take action on:
BOA 26-03 Gavin Kralik: Gavin Kralik, the applicant and property owner, is appealing a Notice of Violation (NOV) issued for the operation of 252 Tint at 2388 Tulls Creek Road in Moyock, Crawford Township; the NOV was issued based on staff’s determination that the business does not comply with the home occupation standards of the Unified Development Ordinance.
The applications are available for review at the Historic Courthouse, Mon. – Fri., 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Substantial changes in these proposals may be made following the public hearing.
