The personal representative of the Estate of Linda L. Bartok, owning interest in real property located at 1101 S. Virginia Dare Trail, Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina 27948, in Dare County, North Carolina, the undersigned does hereby notify all persons, firms and corporation having claims against the estate of said decedent to exhibit them to the undersigned at McDowell Law Group, 6445 N Croatan Highway, Unit A, Kitty Hawk, North Carolina 27949, on or before the 12th day of July, 2026 or this notice will be pleaded in bar of their recovery. All persons, firms and corporations indebted to the said estate will please make immediate payment to the undersigned.
