Having qualified as Executrix of the Estate of William Lee Howell, late of Dare County,
North Carolina, the undersigned does hereby notify all persons having claims against said estate to present them to the undersigned at P.O. Drawer 1027, Kitty Hawk, NC 27949, c/o Starkey Sharp, on or before July 18, 2026, or this notice will be pled in bar of recovery.
